HOW TO MINIMISE THE APPEARANCE OF STRETCH MARKS IN PREGNANCY
The dreaded white line that comes with pregnancy-stretch marks! If you're fortunate enough to get away with it while pregnant, good for you . Unfortunately though 80% of pregnant women are affected by this and it occurs mostly in the fleshy part of the skin, namely;the thigh, bum, breast and tummy.The big question now is what causes stretch marks and how can you minimise it?

2.moisturise your skin. According to the national enquirer, kate Middleton was able to prevent stretch marks by applying cocoa butter and vitamin e before she went to bed every night
3.hydrate your skin by drinking lots of water . This also helps you to maintain skin elasticity
4.include in your diet, food rich in protein and vitamin c as this helps to promote healthy skin
It is important to note that stretch marks are hereditary, hence if your mother has them so you might likely have them too even if you did the above.
